Precomputed visibility cell not spawn along landscape? it is normal behavior or bug?

Thank you for your report. I was able to reproduce this issue and it does appear to be a regression. I have entered a bug report, UE-17594 for reference. As we continue to investigate this issue I will keep you informed.
