Royalties and Competition Prizes

If I use UE4 to make a game for a competition and won a prize, would I have to pay a royalty:

  • If the prize was money?
  • If the prize was a physical product?
  • If the prize was a software license?
  • If the prize was a service/contract (eg: distribution)?

Thanks

One exception is that if the prize is a nice bottle of scotch, you would owe me a 5% portion (or “dram”). J/k…
