Attachment Movement Issues
I've been working on trying to get a weapon from the Prototype Weapons Pack to attach to the First-Person Template character when you collide with the object in the world.
I can't seem to get the weapons to attach correctly. But when I tried to attach everything in the Third-Person Template, it attached correctly. The issue, then, was that when the character would move, it was like the character was getting pushed hard in the opposite direction that the player is facing.
So is there something that I can do to prevent this? Also, is there a way to take the skeletal mesh and rotate the animations to look different with what's already given or am I going to need to create my own skeleton with my own animations?
I know it's a lot but I'm hoping someone can help me with these questions!
