Hi I haven’t had this problem with the Editor prior a few days after downloading 4.8.1. I’ve tried everything on the troubleshoot page for this problem, A new, community-hosted Unreal Engine Wiki - Announcements - Epic Developer Community Forums , with no luck. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the launcher, but that made things worse and now I can’t even run my projects offline because it can’t identify which versions of the engine I downloaded before the reinstall without me logging in.

I also have a laptop on the same network and it is not facing this issue.
Looks like you have a network error. Your log is full of connection problems to server.
check your DNS
can you resolve the servers aga : launcher-public-service-prod06.ol.epicgames.com ?
(nslookup launcher-public-service-prod06.ol.epicgames.com)
might not be DNS and that you have to take a look at your drivers, or reinstall network card in worst case, however that is a quick job and take only a couple of minutes.
Might also be your firewall.
It was my firewall. I checked it and it said that it was being managed by Norton Internet Security that came loaded with my desktop. I never renewed the subscription so I never really noticed it managing things. I deleted it and restarted my computer and now everything works just fine.
