Building it from source on linux, Setup.sh calls wrong pacman flags

Description: on archlinux Setup.sh runs “/Setup.sh::99:sudo pacman -Sy --needed --noconfirm clang mono python sdl2 qt4 dos2unix cmake” when infact you shouldnt really ever run -Sy. this article explains why and what can happend when doing so. Gist.io

Which branch are you building where you’re seeing this behavior(4.8/promoted/master/etc)? Does the same thing happen for other branches? Does the same thing happen under Ubuntu?
