Much slower build times in 4.8

I am experiencing much slower build times in 4.8 compared to 4.7.6.

Thank you for reporting this issue. It seems as though Robb has been able to find the root cause of this problem in the forum post correspondence and is already working on merging the changes needed. As this should solve the issue, I’ll be marking the issue as resolved. If this is not the case and I am mistaken, please let me know and I’ll be happy to look into the issue further.
