Epic Launcher "Error! No version information recieved

Hello, I have been through this troubleshooting section:
A new, community-hosted Unreal Engine Wiki - Announcements - Unreal Engine Forums.
and nothing seemed to make a difference so here is my most recent error log
not sure how to proceed. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Additionally, I would like to add that the market place had been working all this past week. I installed Webroot but I don’t think this is related since I tried disabling Webroot, looking at my firewall to see if it was blocking the Epic Launcher, and I did a fresh install of the launcher as well.

Thank you for making UE4 free, it is a great resource and I have been having a lot of fun with it.

Hi FlusteredAristocrat,

To logs you provided look to be the standard Launcher logs. Could you follow the instructions in this section of the troubleshooting guide to generate you Debug Logs? They are a bit different and will help us better track down the issue.
