Set ControlRotation is missing?

All I need is “Set ControlRotation” can’t find it. I look for Get, and Set ControlRotation. No luck. Please someone help! I really want to bring this game to life.

Default, nodes list filtered with Context. It mean, what you can see only allowed nodes in list.
