Editor crash during shader build

Everytime the Unreal Engine tries to build shaders (either in the level editor or the material editor) the editor crashes with the following exception:

Unhandled exception at 0x00007FF8A7AAD8F2 (igdusc64.dll) in UE4Editor.exe: 0xC0000005:
Access violation reading location 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

Reading through similare issues it seems that updating drivers for the graphics card resolved this issue. However, according to my manufacturer I have the latest drivers for my graphics card. (driver version: 10.18.10.3855)

Here is my log file

Hi Snutt101 -

I know your laptop says it does not need a new video driver but install the following intel driver anyway -

Download Intel Drivers and Software

Let me know if this does not fix up your issue for you -

Thank you for your quick reply!
I managed to resolve the issue, which indeed had to do with the driver version!

I wasn’t able to install any higher driver version due to getting an error message that it wasn’t supported. However, once I reverted back to an older version I was able to manually install that driver which in turn resolved my issue!
