4.8.1 Discovering Asserts crashes after opening project

We are team of 5 and uses perforce with UE4. We just recently updated our project to 4.8.1 and all other members of our team where able to update properly except one. After opening the project on his computer, unreal starts discovering assets and its crashes. We tried deleting the Intermediate and Saved folder and it still crashes. we tried uninstalling and installing 4.8.1
