When I check compiler logs and look back to previous compile times the times are seven hours behind the actual time I compiled my project with hot reload. I have checked this with a couple of projects and have gotten the same results.

If you’re referring to the times shown in the log files after a reload these times are shown in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). This will vary from your local time depending on what timezone you are in.
