Reflections look messed up when moving around

Howdy, I’m having an annoying issue with some reflections in my project, with r.SSR.Quality 4 the reflections get all messed up when I’m moving around, either the mouse but it’s more apparent when I use the movement keys.

SSR quality is also set to 100 in the post process volume. Temporal AA is on. I also get some afterimages when I hover over some metallic texture with the gun, I’m willing to bet it’s the same problem that causes that.

Any help making that look right is appreciated.
