Compiling ShooterGame crashes UE after Play

I did a one line change to the Source → compiled it via Editor → pressed Play → crash
It still occurs after reverting my changes.

After pressing Play UE gets unresponsive / inactive in Taskmngr, I can watch the RAM usage raise 0,5GB /sec until it hits ~98% and crashes the Editor.

After verifying via Library it works again until I compile it.

Anything on this? As I am pulling my hair out with the same issue. Editor is crashing 50% of the time I run a level.
