Is Selling this as part of your assets legal?

Hey guys

I just bought the Modern Furniture pack on the Unreal Engine Marketplace. And inside the folders I find these files:

These files are taken directly from your own Realistic Rendering Example. While It’s only the outside background for the city, what is your stand on this principle in general? I know that we are allowed to ship games with the assets you made in your examples, but does this also go for assets that you sell separately and not part of a product developed with the Unreal Engine 4?

No. This is not allowed per our guidelines. As for Modern Furniture, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are addressing this issue with the pack now.

You’re welcome. I have this suspicion that some of the other packages may have some of your assets too, but I can only see screenshots so it may as well just be used in conjunction with their assets and not actually in the assets you buy.
