Top down shooter camera trouble

Hi everyone!
I’m new to Unreal Engine and I was trying to create a top down shooter.
I’m working in the unreal editor and I’ve put my character in there, which it’s just a triangle from the shapes folder provided by Unreal.

Compile - save. Go back to my main scene.

Preview game, and you can see what my camera is looking at. It’s looking at the triangle on the right. But the actual character is on the left. I’m not even sure why there’s two triangles; there’s only supposed to be one. I didn’t duplicate anything…I’ve even looked in my layers panel and there’s one of everything. What am I doing wrong?
Any help is appreciated!

I’m quite new and just happened to be passing by so I might not know much but…
Perhaps try putting down a “Player Start” from the menu on the left rather than putting in the character itself? If this does not work make sure the character is selected in Edit>Project Settings>Maps and Modes>Selected Gamemode>Default Pawn Class
