My wheels are scrambling in physics asset tool

I have a simple skeletal model. It has a base, and then 6 wheels, I made it in blender. It also has a simple skeletal mesh. I have pointed the skeletal mesh in the x direction.

It is doing something strange in the physics asset tool. All of the wheels seem to scramble all over the place. Why is this?

Though I am not sure what this means
what could possibly causing this?
