Cant find components tab

I cant seem to find the components tab in the event graph of a character. This is what i got so far and dont seem to find it.

click the WINDOW tab in the dropdown menu bar at the top then select COMPONENTS

i know how to access it, problem is its hidden somewhere, and wont even close when i untick it from the window tab
