In an animgraph create a conduit. Move your mouse over the conduit and you’ll see the preview jitter.

Hey Devero,
I was able to confirm this issue does occur in the binary release of 4.8.2, but after testing in our main branch the issue is no longer apparent. The fix should be rolled out within an upcoming release of the engine. Thank you for taking the time to report this bug.
