Why is Foliage Grass incredibly large when I paint it on a surface?

So Im trying to paint foilage but when I do the grass that is being painted on the surface is INCREDIBLY LARGE! like taller than the trees I have on there! What Do I DO???

Manually add your grass to the scene - if same size, you will need to rescale it.

Is the grass like this if you manually place it down?
If not, then it might be your scaling setting on the foliage brush.
