How to do step 5 on animation blueprint - jump state

I cant find the "add the TimeRemaining for ‘Jump_From_Jog’. What does it mean by this i have been stuck on it for over a day i have tried everything i can think off.!!!

Hey Holland, I see you posted this question again in another post. In order not to clutter AnswerHub with a bunch of duplicate post it would be better to just “bump” your thread, and to only do it after a couple of days if there hasn’t been an answer. While we, on the support team, do try and answer questions outside of the Bug Reports, Installation/Setup, and Packaging & Deployment sections those areas do require our more immediate attention than others so we cannot guarantee an answer for every question unfortunately.

Can you link to the actual “How-to” tutorial here and I’ll see if one of the guys on the support team that works with Blueprints and animations can have a look. I can’t guarantee they’ll be able to give you an answer right away, but I’ll at the very least see if they’ll take a look. :slight_smile:

Inside the Transition Rule graph, Right-click and add the TimeRemaining for ‘Jump_From_Jog’ node.

Finish the rule by recreating the graph below.

Can you post a direct link to the tutorial that you’re using?

You have to make sure the anim is connected in the state. then compile (this will show an error as it cannot leve the jump state) the in the return transition rule right click and type ratio.

i dont understand what you said can you go into more detail

then you must compile the BluePrint (this will show an error as it cannot leve the jump state)

then open the return transition rule right click and type ratio.

Then you’ll see and select the TimeRemaining(Ratio) Node
