Clamping angle of rotation - Not facing Actor Direction

Hey guys! Thanks for check out my question.

I have a top-down shooter game with WSAD controls I’m working on and I want to limit the shooting angle of what you are facing (about 60 degrees) (mouse position does not control rotation of character, just the angle that you shoot) I have it working if you are facing north, but no other player position, it keeps firing north. Any suggestions? Sorry if the question seems odd, Ive been up all night lol.

Projectiles shooting behind me. always north. It limits to the correct angle but does not shoot projectiles in the direction the character is facing. Thanks so much for any help you guys give!
