Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Cant see mesh?

Hello,

I am trying to follow TappyBird example and I have followed most things but for some reason I cant see my mesh with my fbx import. On the first image is my static mesh and the second one is my material. At this stage I am quite confused on why it will not see my material on the object. It is in wire frame due too showing you that it is there.

Thank You alt text

May be a stupid question, but what happens if you look at the other side of the quad? Does it show the material? Sometimes quads will only draw to one face of the quad and therefore you will see nothing from the other side as it will have been culled.

Hello,

Based on the size 3x0x3, is your mesh a plane? Does it fix the rendering if you check on "Two-Sided" in the material properties?

Please let me know if that helps.

Cheers!
