    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Build is creating static lighting.. and that usually takes a very long time. It is generating lightmaps and all that. You could technically use level streaming to build all the levels seperate... Never tried it, but im sure it is doable.
