Mesh Visibility on key or Variable + Run in a Loop

Hello at ALL,
I like to create a Presenation on a Jump and Run Game for our Students (3D Designer) and we create a Showreal.
The followed Problem i have s to create Blueprints.

1. I Like an effect like this (Image)

My Idea is a Character on Sprint (Speed 5000) give him a Buble / Sphere with a Animatet Shader (Sonic on Speed " No Chance the Main Charakter only add Sphere)

2. Run in a Loop(ing) Like this “he is underwater goes and get this Buble”

I see any Result in UE4 but no Tutorial for this.
