Scene lighting with Sky Box

I have set up a new sky BP in an empty scene. However I cant seem to get the Sky to generate light…any idea what im missing or what I need to do?

The sky material uses a HDR image.

You can see the issue in the attached image.

Place a Sky Light into the level and put that HDRI into the sky light’s Cubemap slot. And make sure Source Type is set to specified cubemap.
