Patching System?

We package our game for Steam. Then use Steam’s uploader.

The new download for gamers is always huge. even with small fixes.

Is the patch system in 4.8 as planned?

Is there some other way to reduce small bug fix download sizes?

Did you find that the 4.8 update fixed this issue? When using the new patching system, I found that the patch system thinks that some of the hash’s are different and so gives a large patch file?
