Sometimes the reflections on our water are flickering, when using low settings. The water materials is translucent and uses SSR. The flickering stopps if I set PostProcessing Quality to medium or Effects Quality to High. I tried the variables from Scalabilty.ini and found that the flickering stopps if I set r.SSR.Quality=1 or r.AmbientOcclusionLevels=1.
