Destructible mesh material blinking when fractured in packaged build

When I play in the editor everything is perfect, but when I play my game in packaged build destructible meshes materials start blinking when fractured.

This issue has been reported previously and looks to be currently corrected in the internal version of 4.9. When the next preview release comes out, you should be able to test the solution to this flickering.
