Dedicated Server Variable Replication

When running my game in dedicated server all of my variables doesn’t get set but while running in listen server everything works fine. Here is an example of how I set up my variables.

Even when switching MultiCast and Run On Server around the result is always none. What am I doing wrong?

Ok after adding a 1sec delay before print string it works… it seems when using dedicated server even on your own machine has lag and was printing string before the variable was even set.
