UE4 and Project appear to be incompatible in Solution Explorer in Visual Studio 2013

I have installed VS 2013 as suggested but UE4 and project appear in Solution Browser as shown.

I am sorry to hear about your issue.
To fix it, please close Visual Studio, go to your project’s folder in the Explorer, right-click on .uproject file, select “Generate Visual Studio project files”, wait for the process to finish and open the solution file:
