How do i turn down the level of eye adjustment to low light? when i look at the ground everything fades to a VERY light color of what i actually want it to be.
Post Process Volume > Auto Exposure. Play with it.
Post Process Volume > Auto Exposure. Tweak it’s settings until you get what you want. You can check the documentation for a description of each setting.
