Same here…

I too am experiencing this issue.

Got stuck in same window too, after updating the launcher couldn´t sign in. I can enter offline mode but instead of saying launch engine it says Sign in. =(

Hey everyone,

Could you please try the steps in this section of the troubleshooting guide?

If that doesn’t fix the issue, follow the instructions here to generate your Debug Logs and post them here.

TJ Ballard- I can also enter offline mode. I performed all the steps listed in your links… However I find no logs are being generated. Thank you for your assistance.

These are my logs, as I could understand it cannot connect to server.

Hi ogox,

We are still looking into the sign in issue, but as far as offline mode:

If you have an engine installed completely, you should be able to launch it from offline mode. Make sure to check the library tab to see if you can launch the downloaded engine from there.

Another possibility is that the engine was in the process of downloading/updating when you last exited the launcher. If this was the case, you will have to wait until you can sign in to complete the download.

Try and follow TJ’s instructions on how to get debug logs while attempting to sign in if the troubleshooting guide does not help you. This will help us out greatly in solving the issue.

We are having the same issue here. Sprung up yesterday, our three users are unable to sign in. Offline still works, but not an ideal situation.
We have attempted:
uninstall - reinstall,
multiple reboots,
alternative machines,
checked port availability and domain allowances,
new user accounts,
even windows updates

An incorrect password does give a prompt so I must assume there is some communication happening with the server, but I’ve tried leaving it for hours and the launcher will not get passed the screenshot originally posted here.
Its very frustrating as one of our machines was due for an unreal update which leaves us short even in offline mode. Any assistance would be very welcome! Thanks - Daniel

Here is my Debug Logs. Help me pls. Thanks

Hi Nguyen Nam,

From your dxdiag, you only have an integrated graphics card that is Directx 10 compatible. You must have a Directx11 compatible card in order to run the Launcher/editor.

Do you have another graphics card in your machine that isn’t listed?

Any progress here?

Thanks TJ Ballard

As long as the Nividia Titan Black and Geforce GTX 660 is missing from that list I still have the issue where it’s stuck in “Please wait”

Not for me/ my team.
And additional from above, we’re running workstation class Nvidia Quadro cards.

TJ Ballard- I appreciate all you are doing here. I was finally able to generate the appropriate logs (I think). Still unable to log in, I am aware that the issue did not arise until I updated the engine a few days ago to the newest release.

Hi TYRENS-Jonas and DSimmonds,

To help us track down the cause of this issue, could you generate your Debug Logs and post them here, along with your Dxdiag? The link to the instructions is in my first post.

So, do the logs reveal any possible solution to my problem?

You should post your Debug Logs and DxDiag Log to get answer.

Please find attached logs and dxdiag log. Thanks, fingers crossed you can make something from it.
