Textures have white borders around them

When I add my texture and add my the opacity mask my texture this thin white line appears around my texture. I was wondering if there was a way to lessen its appearance or completely get rid of it.

Hello KikyoPorter,

What you are experiencing is edge bleeding. Simple fix is to go into Photoshop and make sure your edges are solid and clean.

You may even consider giving it a black edge to match the background and extending it by a pixel or two.

Thanks,

Hello KikyoPorter,

I have not heard from you yet. I was wondering if you were still experiencing this issue?

Thanks,

Hello KikyoPorter,

Due to inactivity and tracking purposes. I will be marking this thread as answered.

If you are still experiencing this issue please comment again and I will continue to look into this matter at that time.

Thanks,

I changed the compression settings to userinterface2d and it helped a little bit

For everyone who is facing this issue this is an answer:

  1. Open Texture
  2. Change Filter to “Nearest”

Worked for me
