Character's relative rotation

Whenever I try to add relative rotation to the mesh inside my player character (Pitch) it’ll stuck at -90 degrees/90 degrees.

Is it possible to to make a full relative rotation ?

Can you post a screen of the issue and perhaps your Blueprint or other information such as repro steps that can help us reproduce the issue? Not sure what’s going on here.
