Vibrating material

I have a skeletal mesh with multiple materials (9) and the sections which material 9 (element 8) were applied to started to vibrate as soon as I move the mesh with the 3rd person controller.

I’ve had this problem for quite a while now and thought it was an error in the mesh but today I found out that the sections which were vibrating don’t vibrate with another material applied.

So now I recreated the first material (the vibrating one) in a new material.
The new material which is identical to the vibrating one doesn’t make the sections vibrate.

If my explanation isn’t clear enough I could try to elaborate more.
I might also be able to add some video footage if that would help.

Cheers.

here are the materials and the needed textures.
