Making realistic Shoulder pads for Character

Hi, my character mesh has shoulder pads and I would like to know the best way to make them move realisticly (collide with the arms).Should I use the Apex Cloth plugin for it or can I make special bones for them and designate the bones to simulate in game?

Ok, I found something out for people with similar projects. I have created bones for the shoulder pads and then created a physics asset for the body. I then let the two bones simulate physics wia blueprint.
