I know that this question is asked alot and I tried the solutions given in this already existing posts, but it’s still not working. I put the dxdiag and launcher log (debuglogging enabled) in the attachments. (and sorry for my bad english)

Thank you for providing your Debug Logs. We are investigating this issue and hope to post back here as soon as possible.
Ok now I figured out how it works. Had a problem uploading two files at once, since the code was replaced when I selected the second file.
And I also tried the steps mentioned in the FAQ - didnt work for me.

It works now (I did nothing). Just tried it again and again… and today the engine was downloaded and installed.
If you find something in the logs, please tell me, but my problem is “solved” for now.
