BSOD when installing any engine?

Hi,

I have recently upgraded to windows 10 and whenever I clean install one of the engines I constantly half way through downloading it BSOD. I never had this problem before. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi tom1843,

A BSOD is usually hardware related and as of yet, I haven’t seen the Launcher/Editor cause this issue. Could you post your Dxdiag (System Specs)?

  • Windows: Go to the Start menu and type ‘dxdiag’ into the search bar. Open the file and then click ‘Save All Information’. Post that text file here.
