Epic games launcher stuck on "please wait" "install" loop when installing UE

So basically I’m logged on tried everything suggested, epic games launcher loads however whenever I try to download UE I click the “install” button it then says “please wait” before coming back to “install”, pc resets and reinstall have not fixed

Thank you for trying the standard fixes before posting. We are currently investigating a string of ‘Please Wait’ issues.

Could you follow the steps here to generate your Debug Logs? Post them here, along with your Dxdiag (system specs).

It’s unclear from your logs which you attempted to repro the issue in. Please could you repeat your repro steps and just provide us with the corresponding log (would be the newest one).

I have seen you replied on my email but its not showing up here I have allowed it through the firewall and antivirus and even checked the ports guess I will have to wait for the update

Can you confirm if you’re running behind a proxy, using vpn, or a Firewall?

If you were using a VPN you would likely know right away, as they require some setup.

However, here is a couple of links to help with the Proxy and Firewall questions.

Okay, we hope to have a Launcher hotfix soon’ish that should fix this issue. Once you see the Launcher update, let us know if it fixes the issue.
