Launcher stuck on "please wait" since 2.4 update
Since the 2.4 update we can no longer get past the login in for all of our UE4 installations within our organization. User authorization seems fine as we do get an invalid credentials error if we tried the wrong password. I am attaching the logs and dxdiag from one of the affected machines.
This seems to be a firewall/connection related issue as we were able to get past the login screen when we route the connection to an unsecured line.
I hope this issue can be resolved quickly as it is impacting our deadlines.

Please can you make sure your machines can access the following on your network.
xmpp-service-prod.ol.epicgames.com port 5222
You may need to add this as an exception to your windows firewall. Additionally some users report running the Launcher as Admin works, as a temporary solution while we look to fix the underlying issue. It's also worth noting that the Unreal Engine can be accessed directly from windows, it doesn't have to be ran through the Launcher, and the latest version of the code is always available through GitHub too. Again, sorry for the inconvenience.
