Missing MSVCR120.dll (Win10)

Hey, I upgraded to the latest version on windows 10 and when I went to work on my game project, the launcher wont start. I crashes at start saying it needs the MSVCR120.dll library to complete start up. So I downloaded it and now I get: The Program couldn’t start correctly (0x000007b). Click OK to close the program. Any ideas of what I need to the the launcher and UE4 up and running?

Thanks in advance, X

Try to download and reinstall Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013

Why you downloaded 32bit version of library?

Beautiful! thanks so much man XD
it worked XD

I guess I am a bit late but still. But I have a solution too. U could also download this dll file from here msvcr120.dll is missing? Download it for Windows 7, 8, 10, Xp, Vista, 32 or 64 bit - Fix4Dll.com . I had the same error ( I have Windows 10 too) . It’s done!

It is very bad idea, because you can’t be sure if this library is in 32bit version or 64 bit. It is better to download Visual Studio redist dedicated for certain system.

you can choose for 32 or 64 bit version of windows
