Particles Disappearing

I’m not sure if I’m wording this the right way, and I’ve had this problem in UDK before as well. My problem is basically this:

If I make a really big particle effect, such as dust or dirt floating around a room, they will disappear from certain angles when moving the camera around.

Is there a way to keep the particles visible from all angles? Even if the effect is very large?
