Procedural Map with nav mesh

So I’m having some issues with getting a nav mesh on my precedural map. is there any way to make it render itself after my map had generated or to include it into the script i’ve made to generate the map? no fun in a procedural map with an AI that just stands there because it cant path to you… (alternately is there a way to make an AI that doesnt rely on the mesh, i would assume not, or if yes, that it wouldnt be very good and probably very resource intensive.)
