When i try to launch Epic Games Launcher it opens a little box as if its the program but the screen is pure grey and it just sits there as many hrs as i want to keep it open this is a fresh install of Windows 10 pro chipset installed latest gpu drivers installed everything up to date.
id suggest you backup all your projects (foun din My Documents > Unreal Projects), then uninstall and reinstall unreal

Once you try ViceVersa’s suggestion, if the issue persist, follow the suggestions in this section of the troubleshooting guide.
If nothing works, follow the steps here to generate your Debug Logs (you will need to use the ‘From Outside of the Launcher’ steps). Then post them here, along with your Dxdiag (system specs).
