Hello,

Before going any further, is this the error you are experiencing?

If not, I have a few questions. How far into the launcher do you get before it fails? Can you log in? Does the crash reporter appear? Please go into the logs folder, if it was created, and post the log file from there if possible. It is located here: C:\Users\AppData\Local\UnrealEngineLauncher\Saved\Logs

If you can attempt to launch a project, but it fails then, please go to that project’s logs and post the log from the failure. Those logs are located in: [Project Name]/Saved/Logs

Thank you for your report.

None of those things worked, I can make a log later tonight, this is just really frustrating given that my PC is like, made for this type of thing yet it works flawlessly on my laptop.

In that case, please also include the DxDiags of both machines, as that will allow me to compare and if need be, build a system to test this on.

What are those? It totally works on my laptop for some odd reason, I can post logs tomorrow if thats ok!

New guy here. I want to attach the log here, but i don’t know which folder it’s in on windows.

I’m not him, but here are a couple of DxDiags for my machines(one working, one not)Working computer windows 8.1 laptop, Asking for subscription Windows 7 custom desktop.

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\UnrealEngineLauncher\Saved\Logs

Ok, figured out what went wrong. I put the log in a .rar an not a .zip. Here is the proper file.
