In editor framrates are fine, but in play, immersive, or and exe, they are terrible

Hi Randy, are you on a laptop with two GPUs? It may be using the lower powered integrated GPU to run the other applications.

Hey randy, could you please provide your system specs ( your GPU, your CPU and your amount of ram? )

It could be some kind of driver issue with your card. Or something within the level that is tanking your fps, the editor is always going to run a little better since the window isnt rendering at your full resolution, so the framerate should be a bit better. Also. Could you do a fly-through of your map with the fps counter enabled and tell me your average FPS?

Hi all

I am doing some architectural stuff, building an interactive model of a mall and so there is a ton of glass, open spaces, etc. Right now in-editor it is running fine, but trying any of the Play, Immersive, or a baked build runs at terrible, 1-5fps, framerates

I have tried gutting the glass texture, setting roughness to 1, removing relflections, refraction, and been fiddling with the settings to minimize overal rendering impact, to no avail.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers
