Mesh Paint Transfer to static mesh LOD
Is there a way to transfer the vertex information painted on the base object to the LOD that is imported? Right now it seems like the only way you can do that is by copying to source mesh and then exporting that into maya or max to transfer colors to the LOD. It would be fantastic if this were built into unreal somewhere. I also noticed the import vertex colors from TGA? Is there a way to export vertex colors to TGA?
