Can I run the Unreal engine on my dual quad-core Xeon computer, 16 GB of Rambus RAM and NVIDIA Quadro FX 1500 video card? I have installed the program and when I try to run the Epic Games Launcher, nothing happens. The game launcher works fine on my old Pentium 4, 4 GB of RAM and Intel video card.

The graphics card you listed doesn’t support Directx 11 or higher and that is needed in order to run the Launcher/editor.
