UE4 not working anymore (not Launching)

Hello,

I have a big problem whit the program.
I has UE4 installed and it worked just fine. Last night I wanted to inastall Effects Cave and it just said Coming Soon. So I uninstalled UE4 from Control Panel and re-installed.
Now I can download content from the Marketplace but the UE4 does not work.
The instalation was very fast and in the Launcher window when I click Lausc it changes to Launching… for about 3-4 seconds and then it changes back to Launch and nothing happens…

Please help.

More details:

OS: Windows 8.1

I have no Verify Install under the Launch button (as I had before)

It says in the Launcher: Unreal Engine 4.0.2
