Potential bug in Apex plugin

Hi, I am not sure if this is a bug or a “missing feature”. I have a character which is made of a single mesh, and has multiple slots for materials. Because it is a single mesh I had to apply the Apex modifier in 3ds max to the haul mesh hoping to use the individual material slots to “enable” the apex cloth on certain parts. But when I apply the cloth to one of the material slots that material slot becomes “dominant” and becomes the material of the entire mesh.

That is an interesting issue.

In order to understand fully how you have your character and your APEX cloth applied within your project there a few things I will need from you.

1.) If you would link your DxDiag
2.) If you would link your .uproject file, your content, and config folders as well

This is so I can create exactly what you have in a controlled environment in order to recreate what you are experiencing. From there I can determine if this is a bug or a possible workflow issue.
